Exit PA Turnpike at Downingtown/Pottstown/West Chester - Exit # 312 (old exit # 23). Follow Rte. 100 North. See directions below.
From Exton, West Chester and points south:
Follow Rte 100 North for about ¼ of a mile past the Downingtown exchange of the PA Turnpike. Exit right just past the first traffic light (jug handle) onto Eagleview Blvd back across Rte 100. Continue on Eagleview Blvd. Turn right immediately onto Constitution Drive. We are in the 2nd building on the right side in the Chester County Economic Development Council building.
