PROGRAMMING
Please read!

The Student Program Approval and Facilities Request Form must be completed for all student sponsored events, programs and meeting held on campus. This registration process must be used for utilization of ALL college spaces (i.e. Fields, parking lots). All requests must go through the Office of Student Activities. The Offices of Safety and Security, Conference Services, Food Services/Catering, and Facilities will deny any requests from student organizations unless given authorization by the Office of Student Activities.

You will receive an e-mail response to your submission of the Student Program Approval and Facilities Request Form. Please be sure to complete the form entirely to expedite the procedure. An approval of your request means that the activity planned is acceptable and that the space you want to use is available. Any other services needed for your event (ie. Facilities, Security, Catering, Audio Visual Equipment) must be arranged by your organization.

Please allow ten days of advance notice for these departments on campus.

  • The college reserves the right to cancel a reservation for special and/or unforeseen circumstances, although every effort will be made to honor scheduling
  • To avoid any delays in processing and receiving approval for your program complete each line as indicated.
  • Incomplete forms will not be processed.
  • All forms must be submitted to the Office of Student Activities at least ten days before the event is to take place. Any forms submitted after ten days before the event may not be scheduled due to short notice.
  • If you need to schedule an event-planning meeting with the Director of Student Activities; please schedule this meeting with the Office of Student Activities Secretary at extension 7529.

Any room reservation that exceeds the normal business or operating hours of the facility will require a organization's advisor or Albright Security to be present. Crowds over 150 participants will require security to be present at the event. The cost for security is $25 an hour per officer.
