Coordinator of
Multicultural Programs/Assistant Director of Student Activities
The Coordinator of Multicultural
Programs/Assistant Director of Student Activities is responsible for coordinating
various multicultural activities and programs for both students and the campus
community. The coordinator will also
work with students individually to address concerns and needs in our campus
community. In addition, this position
will be responsible for assisting the Director of Student Activities in the oversight
of the Campus Center (Student Union), coordinating student activities, events
and leadership programs, and supporting student organizations. Additional responsibilities will include
serving the students in concert with the College’s mission, working collaboratively
with the Assist Directors from Housing and the Albright College Activities
Council. The successful candidate will
embrace being a part of a vibrant student affairs team and will seek to work
collaboratively with members of that team and other divisions on campus.
Qualifications: Masters Degree in
College Student Personnel, Higher Education, or related field: experience with
student activities and Greek Life with a minimum of 1 year of full-time work
experience in student activities or a related area preferred. The candidate must show enthusiastic
dedication to enhancing and supporting diversity on campus, have strong
communication and organizational skills, demonstrate a capacity to multi-task
and exhibit the ability to lead by both example and inspiration. Energy and a sense of humor are essential.
This is a 12-month, full-time,
professional position which resides within the division of Student Services and
reports dually to the Director of Student Activities and the Dean of Students.

Physician

to provide on-site medical services a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday
through Friday. This part-time, professional position reports directly to
the Assistant Dean of Students/Director of the Gable Health Center and will
provide medical care and consultations to our students as part of the overall
Gable Health Center mission. Qualifications: Graduate of an Accredited
School of Medicine recognized by the Pennsylvania Board of Medical Examiners
and Board Certified in Specialty Area with an emphasis in family practice, must
hold a current license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania, must
have a current DEA certificate, must be current with and maintain medical
education requirements for licensure. Must have a minimum of 10 years of
experience in providing direct patient care and be available during the later
part of the afternoon, Monday through Friday, as a part of the
College-scheduled physician hours for the Health Center. Albright College

The Department of Music at

focus on the study of Music Industry Studies to begin in the Fall of 2012. We seek a collaborative colleague who will
